Last week, 35 Covenant House youth from New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C. and Atlanta had the opportunity to participate in a special screening of the movie Selma and meet Rep. John Lewis,  who lived through a beating that day in 1965 and who has spent his life fighting for the rights of African Americans and every American.

Mom's Sleep Out: $435K Raised!

On May 29, more than 120 moms slept out on the streets as part of the Sleep Out: Mother’s Edition at Covenant House.  Part of a national movement to raise funds and bring awareness to the plight of homeless, exploited and trafficked youth, this year's Sleep Out:  Mother's Edition raised over $435,000.

Join us for a lifesaving round of golf on the 18-hole course at Hackensack Golf Club facility in Oradell, New Jersey!  

The course features 7,004 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72.

Career Fair a Smashing Success!

The Covenant House Career Fair was held on April 22, 2015 and was a huge success!  Over 75 youth and 14 vendors participated in the career fair, and 37 youth were hired on the spot, with approximately another 17 invited for follow-up interviews.  We are so appreciative of all the vendors that partnered with us and are helping our youth achieve their career goals.
