Please call our office at (212) 613-0315 before walking in to the Health Center. Current patients will be able to speak to their Provider about medication refills over the phone. For urgent matters especially related to COVID-19, patients should get tested from their nearest Emergency Room or Testing Center.

At our Health Clinic, we offer pediatric and adult primary care, Obstetrician/Gynecologist (OB/GYN) services, pre- and post-natal care, and STD and HIV screening. You can call the Health Clinic at (212) 613-0315 during operating hours to schedule an appointment.

We accept Medicaid and all Managed Care insurances. If you are uninsured, we offer sliding fees and self-pay options, and we can also register you for Single Stop to determine what state and local benefits you may be eligible for.

Primary Care

We offer a full range of comprehensive primary, wellness, and urgent care services to our residents and the general public. Services include physical exams and screenings; consultations for health risk factors; health care focusing on key acute and chronic health issues like asthma, diabetes, obesity, malnutrition, tuberculosis, alcohol and substance abuse disorders; immunizations, childhood preventative and primary care for infants and toddlers. We also offer general blood work and SMA-12 blood tests.

OB/GYN services

Our OB/GYN provides a full panel of preventative care procedures, including annual pap smears and cervical cancer screenings, with external referrals for mammograms. For expectant mothers, she monitors the health and development of their baby each trimester and conducts the first mother/baby healthcare visit when they return home from the hospital.

Pediatric Services

We provide comprehensive pediatric services for babies and children up to 21 years old. Our pediatric services include regular well-child visits, immunizations, and medical physicals that might be needed for daycares, school, camps and the like.

STI/HIV Testing

Our Health Clinic offers screenings for HIV and other STIs. We also offer treatment for most STIs, and can make referrals to partner service providers if further investigation and/or follow-up treatment is needed.
