We are so excited that our Director of Data Systems, Laurie Berarducci, has been honored as part of New York Nonprofit Media’s 40 Under 40! 🎉
Laurie is a valued member of CHNY’s Program Compliance and Performance Measurement (PCPM) team. They use a performance manage system that allows us to track and report on our level of impact, make data-informed decisions and maximize program performance.
Laurie is one of many people who work behind the scenes to help keep our doors open: she currently maintains our case-management system (which she helped build!), contributes to internal communications, monitors almost all of CHNY’s data, and contributes to program evaluation. Her work is critical to ensure that we can better serve young people — and ensure that we can systemically track, monitor, and measure success.
